Returns
Unused Products:
We accept returns of unused, unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned.
Product Dissatisfaction:

Used or Opened Products: No returns or exchanges for opened or used items, to ensure safety and quality for all customers.

Customized or Personalized Items: Non-returnable unless damaged or defective upon arrival.

Natural Variations: Slight differences in color, shape, or texture are normal in handmade, natural products and are not grounds for return or exchange.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at cleopatrasbeautyline@gmail.com or (440) 342-3728. We will cover return shipping costs for verified damaged or defective items and provide instructions for the return.
Note on Environmental Effects:
Natural products like our soaps may soften or show glycerin sweat in high heat or humidity — this is normal and does not affect product quality. Returns or exchanges are not accepted for this reason.
Return Process

Contact us at cleopatrasbeautyline@gmail.com or (440) 342-3728 to discuss your return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.

Pack the item securely, include the RMA number, and ship it to the address we provide. Protect the product to avoid damage during transit.

After we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund or exchange accordingly.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is damaged or defective.
